  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Handling Time

  • All orders are prepared, inspected, and packaged within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Transit Time

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
  • Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Charges

  • We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay with no hidden fees, extra charges, or additional taxes.

Product Condition & Damage Responsibility

  • Each product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective either before shipping or during transit. Stylectra will take full responsibility.
  • In such cases, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect or Changed Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Stylectra is not liable for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Address Changes:

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@stylectra.store. While we will try to help, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
