AAt Stylectra, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If your handbag isn’t quite what you expected, our return and refund policy is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and stress-free.
Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and free from stains, odors, or damage.
- All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be included.
- Products must be securely packed in the original box or protective packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip) is required.
Starting a Return
To begin the return process:
- Email us at support@stylectra.store
within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, full name, and the reason for return (photos are required for defective or damaged items). - Our support team will reply within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions.
- Safely repackage your item and ship it using a trackable courier service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Keep your receipt and tracking information until the return is confirmed.
Responsibility for Return Shipping
If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, wrong size/style, or an incorrect shipping address provided, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping and return label.
If your order was delivered incorrectly or the product arrived damaged/defective, Stylectra will issue a prepaid return label at no additional cost.
Incorrect Address or Change of Mind
Stylectra cannot be held responsible for returns resulting from an incorrect shipping address or customer preference changes. In these cases, the customer must cover the entire cost of return shipping.
Refunds Processing Time
- Once your return arrives, it will be reviewed and inspected within 2–3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.
- Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order through Stylectra.
Damaged or Faulty Products
- Every item is carefully checked before dispatch. If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 10 days of delivery at support@stylectra.store
with supporting photos. - After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Delays or Missing Refunds
- If more than 10 business days have passed and you have not received your refund:
- Review your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times can vary.
- If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us directly at support@stylectra.store.
Important Information
- Returns submitted without prior authorization or beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted.
- Items failing to meet return requirements may be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
- For your security, always use a trackable and insured shipping method when returning items.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
